Rubella, cytomegalovirus and toxoplasmosis seroprevalence in pregnants in Çorum Province

Aim: Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii), rubella virus and cytomegalovirus (CMV) are important factors that can be transmitted from mother to baby cause clinical findings in fetus or newborn. In our study, it was aimed determine the seroprevalence of T. gondii, pregnant women who applied hospital.
 Material Method: serological test results blood samples used diagnosis CMV infections Microbiology Laboratory Hitit University Erol Olçok Training Research Hospital, were retrospectively analyzed a five years period between 2016 2021.
 Results: when examined hospital, 18.9% positivity for anti-T. IgG, 88.7% anti-rubella IgG 99.7% anti-CMV rates have been determined. The IgM tests same agents determined as 1%, 0.85% 1.08%, respectively.
 Conclusion: Regional epidemiological data terms determining which routine screening approach risk infection on will more important. We think includes regional data, contribute literature this subject.
